Information we collect

When you sign up for launch notifications, we collect your name, email address, optional business name, signup timestamp, and page URL.

How we use your information

We’ll only use your launch signup email to tell you about the Debbie.bot launch. No spam. You can unsubscribe anytime using the unsubscribe link in a launch email or by emailing hello@debbie.bot. Launch signup does not opt you in to SMS, automated calls, or other marketing emails. Texting features are coming soon, pending carrier registration. Any future service messaging requires the applicable consent.

Mobile privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing.

Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver our services, under appropriate confidentiality and security requirements. We may disclose information when legally required.

AI and call recording

Debbie is an AI assistant. Calls handled by Debbie are recorded. Callers receive an AI and recording disclosure. Conversation information is used to answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide summaries to the business they contacted.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to provide services, document consent, and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@debbie.bot, subject to legal retention requirements. Once texting launches, reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.

Security

We use access restrictions and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed secure.
