SMS Terms

Messaging program

Texting features are coming soon, pending carrier registration. Once activated, Debbie.bot will send SMS inquiry follow-ups, appointment messages, and service-related texts to people who contacted a business or explicitly opted in. We do not send cold texts or unsolicited messages.

Your consent

Launch signup is for email notifications only and does not provide consent to receive calls or text messages. Any future service messaging requires the applicable consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Once texting launches, msg frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier’s messaging and data charges apply. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and get help

Once texting launches, reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or email hello@debbie.bot.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Business messaging registration

A2P 10DLC registration will be included with Debbie’s service (coming soon). Texting features are not available yet, pending carrier registration and applicable carrier requirements.
