The service

Debbie.bot provides AI receptionist services for local businesses in the United States, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, booking appointments, and preparing conversation summaries. Availability of calendar connections and transfers is confirmed during setup.

AI disclosure and recording

Debbie is an AI assistant, not a human receptionist. Calls are recorded. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and ensuring your use of recordings and messaging follows applicable laws.

Pricing and trial

Debbie AI Receptionist costs $297 per month, plus a $297 setup fee. The setup fee is waived when you start a 14-day free trial with a card on file. Submitting the inquiry form does not start a trial, collect payment, or authorize a charge. Trial start, billing authorization, and any renewal details must be confirmed separately before activation.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account; no long-term contract.

Responsible use

Use Debbie only for lawful business purposes. Texting features are coming soon, pending carrier registration. Once activated, texting will be limited to people who contacted your business or opted in. Do not use Debbie for cold texts or unsolicited messages. Debbie is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or other regulated advice.

Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for your business calendar, service information, permissions, and reviewing appointment and message summaries. AI responses may contain errors. Review important information before relying on it.

Service limitations

Service may be affected by network, calendar, or other provider interruptions. Applicable billing, refund, and liability provisions must be included in your final service agreement before activation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
